Can’t ask for a better service. I originally needed to get bags sent from Malpensa to Milano Centrale due to having 9 hours between the arrival flight and train departure time. I ended up needing to ship some luggage from Malpensa to Poland, so I asked the company via WhatsApp and they were happy to research options and accommodated my request. Frankly, I was a bit nervous dropping things off at the airport locker, but I quickly felt relieved seeing a baggysitter poster on the wall inside the drop-off area. The person at the desk asked for my order number and printed out tags for me. Then my bags later got packed in a sturdy box and delivered via DHL promptly. I recommend the service if you’re looking to move around Milan or ship something within Europe. So worth it to have what you need at the destination without having to haul so much stuff around with you.
