Unfortunately, the colors appeared faded and the shades were entirely incorrect. I provided them with images of the faulty product along with pictures of my original order as proof. The representative I spoke to was not helpful, dismissing my concerns and concentrating solely on comparing it to my previous order. If such a simple material change could result in such a poor outcome, why wouldn’t they ensure the preview image accurately represents this?
