Subpar Tools and Service - Steer Clear

This company disappoints on two fronts: the quality of their tools and their customer service. I encountered issues with a carbide scraper that is ineffective due to a crooked blade. Attempts to address this with customer service yielded only automated replies and no actual help. Ignoring customer concerns is a poor strategy. I would advise avoiding this company if you want reliable tools and support.

These tools are marketed as high-quality German products with a lifetime warranty. However, after my 1/4" ratchet switch broke, I reached out multiple times without receiving a response. I regret not choosing an alternative brand. Additionally, the provided email address for feedback rejects messages, further frustrating the experience.

Durable Tools

I own numerous Bahco tools, and they seem to be built to last for generations. Investing a bit more in quality tools is worthwhile compared to cheaper alternatives that break quickly.

Great Socket Set

For anyone struggling with their socket, just press the button on the arm behind the drive square! I really enjoy my socket set and also have some long nose pliers, which, although tricky to engage, work well once set.

Disappointing Socket Set
