Disappointing Experience with a Premium Product

Order #136734 – A premium product was purchased, but the experience was far from satisfactory. After paying for a new, boxed product, it was unexpectedly downgraded to unboxed, then display stock, and ultimately arrived without original packaging, resembling used in-store items. This change occurred only after the order was confirmed and a receipt was issued. When a brand selects its retail partners, any mishandling of orders and product conditions reflects poorly on the brand itself. This incident has shaken my trust in the brand, leading me to reconsider future purchases and explore alternatives.
