Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality and Lack of Accountability I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. It’s been three months of trying to address my complaint, and I’m honestly taken aback by the level of customer support. Initially, they were fantastic when I placed my order — always responsive via messaging, email, and phone, addressing every inquiry about the outfits I needed for a family wedding. This led me to trust them. However, upon receiving my order, the quality was subpar and definitely not worth the expense. These were supposed to be special wedding outfits, yet they appeared cheap and poorly made. It seems they didn’t even inspect them before shipping. I reached out for assistance, and it took a full month just to get a response. Since then, every reply has taken another month. They say they are understaffed, yet they are always fully staffed when it comes to taking orders and payments. Three months later, I’m still awaiting my refund. I’ve never encountered such dreadful service, especially from a company that claims to offer premium products. 🚨 Caution to prospective customers:
Order at your own risk. Their communication ceases the moment an issue arises. If your order is not satisfactory, be ready to follow up for months. I will never use this service again and do not recommend them at all.
