Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality and Lack of Accountability I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. It’s been three months of trying to address my complaint, and I’m honestly taken aback by the level of customer support. Initially, they were fantastic when I placed my order — always responsive via messaging, email, and phone, addressing every inquiry about the outfits I needed for a family wedding. This led me to trust them. However, upon receiving my order, the quality was subpar and definitely not worth the expense. These were supposed to be special wedding outfits, yet they appeared cheap and poorly made. It seems they didn’t even inspect them before shipping. I reached out for assistance, and it took a full month just to get a response. Since then, every reply has taken another month. They say they are understaffed, yet they are always fully staffed when it comes to taking orders and payments. Three months later, I’m still awaiting my refund. I’ve never encountered such dreadful service, especially from a company that claims to offer premium products. 🚨 Caution to prospective customers:
Order at your own risk. Their communication ceases the moment an issue arises. If your order is not satisfactory, be ready to follow up for months. I will never use this service again and do not recommend them at all.
They are so quick to take your money but not help when the product does not be delivered as advertised. I brought a custom outfit and told the person on what’s app that I’m buying it for the back details. For my outfit to be delivered without any of the specifications. If I wanted something bog standard I could have gone local shops. Do not trust them! Oh and I’ve emailed and what’s app them for 2 months with zero replies. Highly unprofessional

Replica’s for sure! I needed to find a new website in the UK that sells REAL designer Pakistani clothes & I saw Laiba (an influencer) mention this website a couple of times so I placed an order of 1 outfit which was meant to be from Emaan Adeel. Anyway I received my order today and the quality is disgustingly rubbish. I’m sorry but it hands down looks like a copy, the material looks cheap, threads hanging out, no designer label inside the suit etc. I’m upset because I spent £135 on this outfit and i could have bought an outfit just like this for probs £70 in Ilford/ East London. I’m sorry but Bahirah do you think we’re stupid? There’s always a massive difference between luxury designer Pakistani outfits and tailor made outfits. I am never ever shopping from you again. Don’t make the same mistake that I did by buying from this website because of influencers LOL.

It doesn’t seem like they even checked them before shipping.I contacted them, and it took one full month just to get a reply. Every response since has taken another month. They claim to be understaffed, yet somehow are never understaffed when it comes to taking orders and payments.3 months later, I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve never experienced such appalling service, especially from a brand that markets itself as premium.🚨 Warning to future customers:Order at your own risk. I have ordered from them twice before and made a larger order of three outfits with the custom tailoring option. They did NOT stick to our measurements and started doing their own thing to the outfits / outfits was requested for 20th July arrived in 22nd July wedding was on 23rd - after noticing the outfits didn’t have full body lining like requested and all three outfits were inconsistent with eachother e.g no interlocks on one trouser. We each tried them on and they did not fit and uncomfortable !! After bringing it up to customer service team on Instagram ( with pictures) they said someone will be in touch on the same day and it’s now 5th August and they are ignoring me- I swear don’t order from here find another company to source your outfits because everything could run smoothly but as soon as your items delivered they will ignore you !
