I have been a Bainar user for months now. And from November I could not withdraw from my account. I have re authenticate my information but still in review. The customer service option does not exist when it revert to what's app. I really need assistance from bainar support. I have been sending messages to every WhatsApp group I have of bainar but no response from anyone. I was happy with Bainar platform. But now no support and I'm very unhappy and disappointed.
