I had to make a change to my order and contacted the company via WhatsApp. Krisha responded within 5 minutes and in 15 the matter was resolved. It was good to learn that My 1st Years customer service is as good as their products.
I ordered a personalized wooden carousel for my grandson, which arrived beautifully packaged within a couple of days. Unfortunately, there was a problem with it, but I had an immediate response to my email from Krisha, who was incredibly helpful, resolving the issue that same day, and arranging for a new one to be sent via express delivery! Quite exceptional customer service and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again. Thank you Krisha!
