This has been one of my most frustrating customer service experiences in a long time. I placed an order with a company back in September and trusted the process. A week later, my order was cancelled—no email, no explanation, no communication whatsoever. I spent weeks following up, calling customer service and even the local store. I was told someone would reach out to me, but nobody ever did. Months later, I received a brief apology that still didn't provide a reason or solution. I wasted time, energy, and patience just trying to get basic answers about an order they accepted, cancelled, and never explained. It’s disheartening to see a company treat customers this way. I hope others read this before placing an order—good products mean nothing if the service behind them is inadequate.
