Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a shower stall kit from Bath Depot and it sat unopened in the box for a couple weeks as I was waiting for help with installation. The same shower was reduced in price and I reached out to inquire about a price match/refund as it was still unopened and within the return timeframe. After arguing about the 14 day price match policy I was told an exception would be made and I would recieve a credit within a few days. This never came. I emailed to inquire and was told it was outside the 14 days (even though I was already told an exception was made). Extremely disappointed in this response as an agreement was made and not followed through with. Additionally, this shower was very expensive for cheap plastic and terrible screws that were not even usable. Not only did they not credit me but the shower leaks and is a piece of garbage. Do NOT waste your money and buy from here. Would expect better from a Canadian owned company.
The local bath store is fantastic. The staff is courteous, the showroom is impressive, and the products are available with a quick turnaround. We were very pleased with the assistance we received from the team. While we haven't unpacked and installed our fixtures yet, I can confidently say that the service at this location is outstanding. The store manager is a wonderful person with remarkable interpersonal skills. He was polite, accessible, organized, and helpful when the distribution center lacked the correct information for shipping. I would highly recommend visiting the store if you're planning a renovation. Thanks Mike & Aynsley
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Avoid this service! 1. The promised delivery date was not honored. 2. Received incorrect units and had to wait weeks for the correct ones, as they were out of stock. 3. One of the units arrived defective, and when I requested a replacement, they insisted on charging me for the necessary parts.

I ordered a bathtub with an overflow drain from a local store. The order was sent to a location 150 km away from my small city. When I went to pick it up, the salesperson removed the drain kit from the order, assuring me it was the wrong one. I hesitated but eventually accepted his assurance that it would be shipped to my home. I waited for a long time, but no kit arrived and I received no response to several messages. I ended up installing the tub with a different overflow. Now, months later, I am still trying to get a refund, but they want to send another kit (the same one) to the distant store. They clearly don't read or respond to their emails. The only way to get a response seems to be through their online product inquiry page.

I am extremely frustrated. I ordered a bathtub for 'Store Pickup,' only to find out that the location doesn't even exist yet! Why is it listed as open on their website? To fix their mistake, support promised to ship it to another branch. I was told it was shipped, and I even received an email confirmation. However, I then got a notification that it’s delayed by another week! We are in the midst of a renovation with small children and are left without a bathtub and no honest explanation. We are stuck in chaos due to misleading information and broken promises.
The customer service has been terrible. The vanity I ordered arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service, they assured me they would ship the replacement parts within 10-15 business days. After waiting 15 business days, I followed up only to be told they weren't sure if they had the parts in stock. I had been waiting, assuming they had already shipped them, only to find out they didn't have the parts and that there was nothing more they could do. Absolutely useless.

Unfortunately, this store fell far short of expectations.
