I ordered a bathtub with an overflow drain from a local store. The order was sent to a location 150 km away from my small city. When I went to pick it up, the salesperson removed the drain kit from the order, assuring me it was the wrong one. I hesitated but eventually accepted his assurance that it would be shipped to my home. I waited for a long time, but no kit arrived and I received no response to several messages. I ended up installing the tub with a different overflow. Now, months later, I am still trying to get a refund, but they want to send another kit (the same one) to the distant store. They clearly don't read or respond to their emails. The only way to get a response seems to be through their online product inquiry page.
