I am extremely frustrated. I ordered a bathtub for 'Store Pickup,' only to find out that the location doesn't even exist yet! Why is it listed as open on their website? To fix their mistake, support promised to ship it to another branch. I was told it was shipped, and I even received an email confirmation. However, I then got a notification that it’s delayed by another week! We are in the midst of a renovation with small children and are left without a bathtub and no honest explanation. We are stuck in chaos due to misleading information and broken promises.
