I’m extremely disappointed with the poor communication and misleading information from a local store. They failed to provide updates regarding delays and consistently gave me incorrect information. I had to chase them multiple times just to get basic answers. Transparency and timely communication are crucial, especially when customers rely on delivery timelines for renovations. Unfortunately, this store fell far short of expectations.
