I purchased a bathroom tap and drain from The Bath Depot. Within 6 months, the paint on the drain chipped. After numerous phone calls and emails, and the wrong replacement, The Bath Deport finally replaced the correct drain. However, within three months of replacing the drain, the new drain began to chip, exactly like the first one. I have tried to connect with The Bath Depot 4 times on email with no replies. I am currently waiting on the phone (and my phone says I have been waiting for 21 minutes for someone to pick up). I am really hoping that by speaking to someone, I might get this issue resolved.
