This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had in quite some time. I placed an order with a company in September, trusting the process. A week later, my order was cancelled—without any email, explanation, or communication whatsoever. I spent weeks trying to follow up, calling customer service and even the local store. I was assured someone would reach out to me, but no one ever did. Months later, I finally received a brief apology that still failed to provide a reason or a solution. I wasted a lot of time, energy, and patience just trying to get basic answers about an order they accepted, cancelled, and never explained. It’s disheartening to see a company treat its customers this way. I hope others take this into account before placing an order—good products mean nothing if the support behind them is lacking.
