A very disappointing experience with the local branch. I viewed a property and made an offer, but shortly after, I was informed the vendor accepted another offer. Despite assurances that I would be contacted, I received no communication. I felt misled throughout the process. As a serious buyer, I provided all necessary documents, yet I was left in the dark. This has happened before, leading to a loss of trust. I strongly advise against using this agency.
