Resubmitting my documents didn’t yield any meaningful advice, just a generic email with public information. When I requested standard broker documentation, there was no response for over a month. Eventually, I learned that no documents had been produced. This lack of professionalism and transparency was disappointing. I later sought help from an independent broker who provided tailored advice promptly. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you expect clear communication and proper documentation.
