Renting is overall issue in the UK and agencies misuse tenants but this agency is very poor. They never returned my deposit. I lived only for 6 months in apartment and i had to leave because of pandemic stress and this agency not charged me for a month rent but also made me pay council tax for a period i did not live in. I paid council tax twice. Deposit protection also did not help as perhaps it is all business deal. Same agency has treated my friend poorly. Please do not use this agency in Coventry.
