Here's the feedback I left on their corporate website just now...I am posting here since I doubt any action will be taken from their customer feedback forms."Your branch level system and staff seem to be very disorganised. I made an appointment to view the 3-bedroom flat in Manor Road, London E15, via Zoopla. Eli - the lady from the local branch called me almost immediately to offer an appointment for 3 pm Saturday. Someone else picked up my call when I called to confirm that I'll attend with my wife at that time .. said he would email me as he could see my details on the system. No email was sent. Then, this morning, I called to try to reschedule the appointment only to be told that it has been cancelled! No one called to inform me - I would have made a 3-hour-fruitless trip to the address. Moreover, Vasili, who answered the call, could not find any of my details in the system - and it was only when I persistent that he bothered to look into "another" system where my details were... he promised to email me, but that toom hasn't happened. I suspect that there is internal competition within your agents which is incentivised to not be helpful if a client has been tagged under a different agent(in this case Eli). Either way, you have a lot of coordination problems to sort out. I am awaiting an email from Vassili in the meantime..."
