Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional ServiceI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Sam at Bairstow Eves, and I must say it was far from pleasant. From the outset, I found her to be quite rude and dismissive. Despite my efforts to remain polite and respectful, she seemed to take offense when I asked clarifying questions about the services offered.It was clear that Sam lacked the training and experience necessary to handle client inquiries effectively. Each time I challenged her responses, she became defensive rather than engaging in a constructive conversation. It’s disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially in an industry where good communication and customer service are essential.It's a shame, as I believe there are many individuals who would excel in this role and provide the level of service that clients deserve. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential client.I hope the agency takes this feedback seriously and invests in the proper training for their staff to ensure a better experience for future clients
