The website clearly claims dispatch within 24–48 hours — it's now been over 2 weeks and my order hasn’t even shipped.Every time I contact customer support, I get a new excuse. First I was told it would ship on the 28th August. Then the 29th August. Then I was given an assurance by Mr. Navnath and Mr. Nitin that it would be dispatched "next Monday", that is 1st September. It’s now delayed again, with zero updates or ownership.Customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and clearly not empowered to fix anything. They just pacify you with empty promises.Bajaao markets itself as India’s top gear destination, but this has been the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I’ve had with any online store.If your order is time-sensitive or important — think twice before trusting Bajaao.
