Every time, I was told a different excuse: “It’s coming from a different warehouse,” “it’s delayed,” “it’ll be there soon.”Then, on July 9th, I get a call casually telling me my order’s cancelled — because the only unit they have is damaged. No prior heads-up. No email. No refund until I chased it. Just… done.I get that stock issues happen. But the way this was handled? No transparency, no communication, no apology — just a complete lack of professionalism.I’ve now ordered the same product from Amazon.
