If a client has been associated with you for many years and not a single EMI has ever bounced, and then after some years due to some reason one EMI gets delayed by just one day, you charge ₹500 as a bounce charge — then what is the benefit of using a Bajaj Finserv card for so many years?

Such a worst company. Wish I could give minus star. I dono why they simply call 100times a day even after refusing loans. Wish this company goes into losses and close. Nly then they ll leave me in peace🙏🏻
Mera two wheeler loan ka amount 3518 hai, lekin autopayment hone ke bawajood bhi mujhe 535 ka extra charge diya gaya hai. Bina kisi wajah ke ye charge lagaya gaya hai aur bank ke taraf se kaha ja raha hai ki overdue charges hain. Lekin bank ki taraf se sirf wahi 3518 ka autopayment hua hai. Iske alawa, customer care service mein bhi staff ne mujhe rude tarike se jawab diya aur samjhane ki koshish ki. Main is vyavhaar se bahut naraaz hoon aur ab mai kabhi bhi is service se loan nahi lunga, na hi kisi aur ko lene ke liye kahunga.
This financial service has been extremely disappointing. They misled me significantly as a customer. I was granted a loan of 665,000, but for the first three years, they only collected interest. Now, I'm facing an EMI of 17,700 for 48 months, after being charged 360,000 in interest. In total, I'm paying approximately 1.25 million for a loan of just 665,000, with additional hidden charges of around 30,000. This situation has left me feeling trapped. I urge anyone considering a loan to be very careful and conduct thorough research before making a decision.
I purchased a mobile through a financial service, and I had set up a payment plan for installments. They deducted five installments on time, but in the sixth one, one of my accounts was closed. I provided this information to the service center and even requested to change the account there, but nothing was done. They charged me an overdue fee of Rs 500 on the EMI. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this financial service; it is a very poor app that doesn't function well, and the mobile frequently freezes. Avoid taking any loans from this service; there are better options available.
Unsure how to give a lower rating... That's why I'm giving the minimum star. They provide loans quickly, but when you need information, contacting customer support is impossible. You can only communicate with a virtual assistant who provides no useful information beyond new loans. It's a ridiculous system for customer service.
