I ordered a table which was damaged on arrival (31st March). The table has a 30 degree lean due to the damage therefore the delivery men took it away. I was told they would report the problem and I should hear from the service department that day. I have rang barker and stonehouse most days since then and have been told the service department will contact me but still haven’t (9/04/23). Barker and Stonehouse were previously a company I thought was reputable but they are obviously living on their laurels and standards have slipped!
