Excellent communication throughout. The delivery team , Stu and Alan, rang beforehand to see the best route to our house. They then came into our property to work out the best way to carry the mattress to the room we needed it in. They were very polite and friendly
Simple and easy to order online with excellent communication throughout the process. On the day of delivery polite and informative updates from the delivery team, Paul S & Matt P. Both chaps arrived as planned were polite and delivered the sideboard carefully and considerately.
I ordered a bench which though described the solid mango wood frame as being a grey wash all the photo images showed a more brown-grey tinge which my current mango wood dining table also displays.On receiving the bench, it was a definite grey solid colour which looked totally out of place and didnt 'tie in' with my existing furniture. I instantly felt the advertising was misrepresented. I emailed the company to start the returns process and received an email from the after sales representative. She asked the reason why I wasn't happy with the colour and if I could send a photo so she could look into it. You can guess what her verdict was; "you have received what the item describes and within the sales blurb about certain grains may differ in colour" the company could get away with basically misselling items. The real issue I had was the cost of returning the item. I was then told it would cost me £150 to have the item collected! This is more than half the cost of the bench. That was the policy.I looked at the returns policy online only to read that items which would be deemed a single person collection would cost £12, two person collection £49. I wasn't offered either of these options despite the fact I could lift the bench myself at a height of 5ft! I asked the aftersales lady why I was not offered either of the lower cost options to which I got no reply. Bearing in mind I paid £50 for delivery which took over 2 weeks to arrive, this service did include assembly but this wasn't carried out, I had to phone and rearrange someone to come back and assemble the following day which was an inconvenience. To top the lot off I saw the bench had been reduced by £35 within the two weeks I was waiting for it to be delivered.To say the very least, I will never buy from this company again.
The guys arrived exactly when they said they would and were so polite. They fitted the sofa together and showed me how to use the electronics, which are actually very simple.i cannot recommend the delivery enough.I love the sofa and interest free is a bonus.I didn't get their names, but the delivery was in Billingham at 9 30am

Ordered a reclaimed wood dining table, it arrived without fixings. It was also slightly damaged. A replacement was offered to be re-delivered but the purchase to delivery time would have been a month which was too long so just cancelled it and bought another from somewhere else which was delivered in days. In hindsight the product may have been a return that was sent out again?? 🤔 hmmmm
