The activation was relatively easy and I received the first box quickly.After this, the company proceeded to not send the other 2 boxes in my subscription until I emailed them to ask where my boxes were. Whenever I emailed, the company would quickly dispatch my items, but there was no acknowledgement or apology from the company. The content of the boxes is generally good, but there is something significantly wrong with their subscription and customer service.
