Absolutely horrendous. 1 item was missing from the order. It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting to hear back from them. All of the phone numbers on the email signatures don't work. Contacting them is IMPOSSIBLE. Every email they send back contradicts one another saying that there is a manager I can speak to then the next email says there is none..... Their last email to me was on the 14th and I replied within 48 hours. I then had to reach out again on the 22nd saying what is happening to which they said "we did not get a response from yourself".... This customer service team needs to be looked into as it is made up lies, contradicting statements and late replies.
