Ordered from this company a couple of times now. Both orders arrived on the date stated, the cakes were well packaged and tasted lovely. Second order the cupcakes had jigglled around a bit and were upside down but were edible and not too crushed, that of course being a courier issue.
I would definitely buy from Bakerdays again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Ordered letterbox cake which came badly packed in cardboard box - cake squashed and lumps of icing falling off. I have ordered these in past and they were perfect delivered in lovely patterned tin. Bakerday site still says cakes are delivered in tins. Had initial response fom Bakerdays stating they are not packing cakes in tins anymore and asking for photos. They need to update their nisleading site. They have not bothered to reply to my latest email

We ordered a railway themed fourth birthday cake for our son. It was delivered right on time and was well packaged in perfect condition. We got it two days before his birthday and stored it in our spare room. It still tasted tasty and fresh two days later. We got the medium cake and it let about 18 kids have a slice and a similiar number of parents, although not the biggest slices. Only slight issue is the preview on the website sometimes cuts off text which made us less confident if all the characters would be printed but all worked out great.
