My order included frozen products. However, when the package arrived, the items had thawed and were leaking. Additionally, the packaging of the simit I ordered was torn.When I contacted the company about this issue, I was told that they do not guarantee frozen delivery for frozen items. As for the simit, they said they would initiate a return process and get back to me, but I never received any follow-up.I also did some research on their website regarding the frozen delivery policy. There is no information about this during the product selection, at checkout, in the delivery information section, or even in the return policy. Apparently, this important detail is hidden in an unrelated section of the website, which is unreasonable—customers should not be expected to dig through the website to find such critical information.If a company sells frozen food, it should be delivered in a properly frozen condition or at the very least, customers should be clearly informed about any limitations during the purchase process.This experience was highly disappointing, and I will not be using their services again.
