Big scammers. So sad thieves are allowed to still your money nowadays and there is nothing you can do about it. The products they sale are fake, not even close to the ones you see as advertised. So far they would have made a lot of money scamming people. Please it is time to shut down them and stop these thieves.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift at the start of December, and it still hasn't arrived. When I reached out to the support team on December 29th, they simply informed me that the package had been dispatched and was on its way. (I would certainly hope so.) I will not be making any future purchases from this service. It's very disappointing.
I ordered two items on December 3 and 4, 2025, as Christmas gifts, and I still haven't received anything. A shipping label was created two weeks ago, but nothing has arrived. There's no way to contact anyone, and the tracking numbers are untraceable. I'm extremely disappointed after spending over $100.
This was far from what I anticipated. It appeared entirely different in reality. I wouldn't have made this purchase if I had known, and the price is absurd for what I received. I will avoid ordering from this service in the future.
I ordered a customized mixer ornament for my daughter. Not only did it take an excessively long time to arrive (I finally got it on December 29th), but when I opened the package, I found a $30.00 Shrinkydink keychain instead. Caution to future buyers! This service engages in misleading advertising!
The item I got was not as described, clearly misleading! The image seems to be AI generated. The ornament is supposed to have a gold 3D hanger, but I received a flat acrylic piece with a small hole for hanging. I paid extra for personalization, but the name is so small it can't be seen even with a magnifying glass. It resembles something from a gumball machine! The shipping took ages since it came directly from overseas. This was meant to be a gift, but it turned out to be a $30 disappointment that I ended up throwing away. Be cautious of any positive reviews; the support team is unresponsive and hard to reach.
I am quite unhappy with one of the orders placed on December 14, 2025, as it still hasn't reached Cincinnati, Ohio for Christmas today! While our ornament arrived and we absolutely loved it, I am very disappointed that our gift for someone else isn't there in time for the holiday! I assumed that 11 days would be sufficient.
I have no information about my order. There are no details on when it is expected to arrive. I placed the order on the 10th, and as of the 23rd, I still have not received any updates. I'm quite disappointed and worried that it won't arrive in time for Christmas.
