Untrustworthy courier service with terrible support.

The service is entirely untrustworthy. I sent a package to a location in September 2025, and it still hasn't arrived as of January 2026. When I contacted the support team and management, they were dismissive, insisting they couldn't help and that I should take any necessary actions myself.

Disappointing experience with my shipment...

I booked a shipment for a destination on December 9th, but even now, I haven't received a tracking number. I called customer support, but they were unable to provide a satisfactory response. I am truly disappointed and cannot recommend this service.

Mixed feelings about my experience

My experience with an international shipment was mixed. While they delivered as promised, their customer service was lacking. I received no updates on my package's status, and none of the customer care numbers were reachable. Thankfully, a field representative was able to provide some assistance.
