Managing listings across Airbnb and Vrbo used to require constant manual oversight, but Guesty has completely streamlined my operations. Being able to centralize everything in one system and now distribute my listings across additional booking platforms seamlessly has made my day to day management significantly easier. The automation, structure, and accounting capabilities alone have made a measurable difference in how efficiently I operate.

What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the onboarding process and the team behind it. I had a dedicated onboarding structure with multiple scheduled sessions, clear implementation guidance, and consistent follow up. Kevin, who led my onboarding, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, organized, and professional. He walked me through listing setup, configuration, and expenses onboarding in a way that made everything feel manageable and strategic rather than overwhelming.

Beyond onboarding, having continued access to dedicated support gives me real confidence in the platform. You are not expected to figure out complicated systems on your own. There is always someone there to guide you. The entire team operates with a high level of professionalism, clarity, and organization that makes the investment more than worth it.

Guesty has simplified multi platform management, strengthened my accounting processes, and provided a level of support that makes scaling far more achievable. I would absolutely recommend it to any serious host or property manager looking to grow with the right infrastructure in place.

Great account management, very open to feedback and any changes we might need as a business (or other businesses for that matter). Great reporting dashboards and all-round very helpful. We have a very unique business compared to most property managers, and they were so open and easy in working with us to make some tweaks to the system to really support out unique offering.

If I could rate Guesty with a ZERO, I would. Guesty is the most glitchy software I have ever encountered. We signed up with Guesty to launch 20 properties a full year ago and they still can't get our account connected to VRBO. The onboarding specialist they assigned to use launched our first listing on Airbnb without our permission and without pricing set up. Almost immediately we received 4 reservations for peak holiday dates that were at 30% of market rates. Guesty refused to fix their mistake and cancel those reservations which cost us more than $15,000 in lost revenue. We've had one issue after another with their software/platform. It's been an absolutely horrible experience working with Guesty.
