Very bad drop-shipping website full of scammy practices and dishonest messaging on itThe package that I ordered in October was sent out in mid-November, despite the website claiming to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Not just that, I got the confirmation that my order was dispatched only after I wrote a complaint email to their customer service. They also gave me a link with a tracking code pointing to a Chinese website.The choice that they give you for selecting a delivery company is also fake. I chose DPD, but it was delivered using Česka pošta. No updates about the order were provided by Balando. The package eventually arrived at the end of December
