My mistake for not checking the review before placing an order.
I believe they dont really ship anything and just hoping customer will forget about order and do nothing.
Advertising shipping in 5-25 days, however after this saying it might get extended to 40 days and after this to 120 days, which is ridiculous.
I have requested refund now, will see how it goes but i dont have good feeling about this.
Ordered PJ for kid and i assume he will grow out of it by the time it will arrive.

Very bad drop-shipping website full of scammy practices and dishonest messaging on itThe package that I ordered in October was sent out in mid-November, despite the website claiming to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Not just that, I got the confirmation that my order was dispatched only after I wrote a complaint email to their customer service. They also gave me a link with a tracking code pointing to a Chinese website.The choice that they give you for selecting a delivery company is also fake. I chose DPD, but it was delivered using Česka pošta. No updates about the order were provided by Balando. The package eventually arrived at the end of December
I've placed an order on the 5th of Nov, sent on the 15th of November 2025, 49 days after shipping ( I.e. today) nothing arrived. I demanded a refund. Their support told that they can prologue shipping time up to 120 days, 😆 Just out of sheer principle I'll track and wait for the order, if not delivered I'll demand refund on day 120. We are talking about very small amount. Don't ever order from them!!!!P.S almost never write any reviews, especially bad ones but these assholes inspired me to go and do so. It's officially the worst company I have ever seen.
Same exact experience as everyone else, terrible. This company is a complete SCAM, not sure how these dickheads can stay in business. Still haven't received the order drop shipped from CHINA and thru the CZ post, I doubt I'll get it.
The goods did not arrive even after a month. When I inquired with the merchant, I was surprised to find out that the goods were in China and that delivery would take some time. I sent the merchant a withdrawal from the contract, but he surprised me with his response that this was not possible because the goods were already on their way. He also threatened me that I would have to return the goods at my own expense to a hotel in Dubai.

Placed an order, no confirmation received,still waiting for goods to be delivered.I should have known this was a scam company when the pay by credit card failed to work,so instead they requested payment by bank transfer.How are these shit companies not being vetted,and more importantly are they allowed to get away with ripping people off.
