First off, I love the jewelry. My initial order had bracelets that were too small, which was my mistake. The company sent me a replacement pair, which was great—5 stars for that! I wore my second bracelet proudly, but it unfortunately fell off somewhere. My necklace also tends to come loose, indicating an issue with the clasp. I know it's not me, as I've worn it for days before it just falls off. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars.
Love the bracelet, but the latch on it came apart and I lost my bracelet. Other than that one problem the bracelet is fine. I am hoping that they will replace it but as of last month they have not. That bracelet and necklace that i informed you on December 5 or whatever day that was, that was not a replacement. I bought that as a gift for my daughter because I loved them so much. But that was a bracelet and a necklace set. Plus it was silver, the bracelet that I lost was a 8.0 bracelet gold plated. That was my bracelet. She hasn't gotten her set yet it's for Christmas
