Caution to buyers. I placed an order for this item on 12/4, thinking it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. It was meant as a gift for my spouse. Two weeks later, I reached out to customer support to inquire about the shipping status. I was informed of a backlog and that it would ship the following week, during Christmas week. When I inquired about my options, none were provided—no expedited shipping, no alternate options, no cancellation help, and no solutions whatsoever. As of now, the order has yet to ship and has been in pre-shipment status for five days. This is misleading, as it implies the item has shipped when it has not been dispatched. The company does not provide expedited shipping, and their website did not mention any backlog or possible delays during the purchase. This lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable, and I will not have this gift in time for Christmas.

I ordered a rash guard that was supposed to be black, but I received it in blue instead. My gym has a strict dress code, and I specifically needed it to be black. Additionally, I got the wrong size. I attempted to call three times, left messages, and sent texts and emails twice, but received no response. It feels like I'm being completely ignored. I just want to exchange it for the correct size and color.

Still Waiting for My Order

I ordered my item on September 28th and am still waiting for it to be shipped. Today is October 10th. I've received no substantial updates from them other than that they are 'behind.' I will likely return the item since I already needed it. Poor customer service. I would not recommend doing business with them again.

No Updates After Two Weeks

I placed an order on September 15. After ten days, I reached out for an update but received no response to my email. I called and left a voicemail but got no callback. On September 27, the order status changed to 'Shipped,' but the tracking number provided is not valid according to the shipping service. I'm still waiting for a response from the company.

Poor Quality Patch for My Gi

I ordered a patch for my gi on September 1st, 2025, and it arrived on September 29th, 2025. When it arrived, it had loose threads along the edges, making it unusable. I am not seeking a refund as I've decided to purchase a patch from another source after the long wait.

Issues with Return Policy

I made a purchase and received my order on July 28, 2025. I requested a return on August 2, 2025, well within their stated 14-day return policy. They delayed providing the return address for two days, which cut into my return window. Nevertheless, I shipped the return on August 10, 2025 (Day 14 from delivery) and provided proof of tracking. Instead of honoring their policy, they refused my refund, claiming the courier 'handover' date (August 11) was outside their timeframe. Their policy does not mention using courier scan dates—only the 14 days from delivery, which I adhered to. This misapplication of their policy and lack of customer service is troubling. I have full documentation of my timely return and their refusal to refund. Shoppers should be wary.

Frustrating Experience with Scammers

These scammers are nothing but thieves. I did not receive my rash guard or a refund, and when I contact customer service, they deliberately ignore me. It has been eight weeks since my purchase, and I received four delays (which they notified me of), and for the past four weeks, they have ignored every message I sent.
