One if not, the main reason for my 5 star review is, They responded to my email about my recent purchase. They got back to me in a timely manner and they kept communications with me and updated me as my shipment was moving. Secondly, the chain and bracelet that I purchased were well packaged and came with their own storeage bags as well. The Cuben chain n bracelet are will made and solid. The fit is great as well. Haven't used them for occasions yet. But for everyday use. I get great comments on them. Told them look up Balanzi in Facebook. 3rd, prices are good and what a great price. Thanks guys for keeping me inform. During the delays, due to weather conditions. I truly am very satisfied with my purchases. They do go 110% to make sure your fully happy with your purchase.
I was told that I have to take a photo of the me wearing the necklaces or the chains before I can return it? I didn’t think such return policy exit. I just dislike it, but at the end of it they decided to let me keep it. It all work out. I suggested if I a customer have to rerun the item, they should provide shipping label. They do have nice chains.
