BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Horrible experience with Implus customer service. I will NOT buy from them again. I purchased 6 pair of socks and within 10 minutes sent an email asking for the 15% discount (I didn't put in at checkout). I didn't think it would be so hard to do especially since the socks are $29 each. After sending 2 emails, finally got this response: "Unfortunately, because your order has already been processed and shipped (which it hadn't been when I sent the first email) from our warehouse, we are unable to retroactively apply the 15% discount or issue a partial refund for this transaction.When I then sent back this response "Thank you for the reply, but that is disappointing, as I emailed you straight away... only 10 minutes after my order was placed (as indicated in the email time stamp) and certainly before it was shipped. Maybe you can reconsider. "I got this back "I hear your frustration, and I certainly understand that the 10-minute window feels like it should be manageable.However, because our system is automated to ensure the fastest possible delivery to our customers, once an order is confirmed and sent to our warehouse floor, the financial transaction is "locked" for shipping and manifest. This means we physically cannot reverse, edit, or partially refund the payment once the pick-slip has been generated.As much as I would like to reconsider, I simply do not have the technical ability to override the completed transaction at this stage.Sorry, terrible canned sales answer. I will never purchase from them again.
