BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Horrible experience with Implus customer service. I will NOT buy from them again. I purchased 6 pair of socks and within 10 minutes sent an email asking for the 15% discount (I didn't put in at checkout). I didn't think it would be so hard to do especially since the socks are $29 each. After sending 2 emails, finally got this response: "Unfortunately, because your order has already been processed and shipped (which it hadn't been when I sent the first email) from our warehouse, we are unable to retroactively apply the 15% discount or issue a partial refund for this transaction.
When I then sent back this response "Thank you for the reply, but that is disappointing, as I emailed you straight away... only 10 minutes after my order was placed (as indicated in the email time stamp) and certainly before it was shipped. Maybe you can reconsider. "
I got this back "I hear your frustration, and I certainly understand that the 10-minute window feels like it should be manageable.
However, because our system is automated to ensure the fastest possible delivery to our customers, once an order is confirmed and sent to our warehouse floor, the financial transaction is "locked" for shipping and manifest. This means we physically cannot reverse, edit, or partially refund the payment once the pick-slip has been generated.
As much as I would like to reconsider, I simply do not have the technical ability to override the completed transaction at this stage.
Sorry, terrible canned sales answer. I will never purchase from them again.

I ordered 6 pairs of socks and only received 5 pairs. I've been trying to contact them for almost 2 weeks and nothing. The lack of response is what's terrible. I don't care how nice the socks are if you can't reply to a customer, I won't do business with you.
They sent my order to an incorrect address and would not respond to any of my emails now I’m out my $46 and my sister is not getting her socks. They do not have an adequate helpline or adequate email service so please do not do service with this company. They are not legit and they perform a terrible service never again. I’m trying to save others from this deceiving company.
I ordered 3 pairs of expensive socks in May. They never arrived. I’ve been emailing Balega (the only way to get in touch with the company is via the one email address - implus). They responded once and now have stopped. They never offered to refund me for the socks that never arrived. It’s clear that I’m not speaking to anyone in the US and it’s also clear that they have no customer service department. It’s now July and my problem is still unresolved. They took my money and never shipped any socks. I’m sure other customers are being scammed as well.
These reviews rating them as excellent are definitely fake. Check the Better Business Bureau site. I placed an order, they charged my card, and then crickets. I contacted them and was told I did not have an order. I was transferred to someone named H. Kuenzel. Left a voice message. Crickets. Sent an email. Crickets. Left a voice message. Crickets. Repeated two more times and crickets. I did get my money back on my card finally. But all of the reviews on BBB are the same. Poor quality, no communication. I will never trust reviews on Trustpilot again. Always check BBB!
Run 20-30 miles/week. 950 for the year (August). Balega blister-resist ankles last about 300 miles and the hole appears at the gusset in about half. The mid-calf have not failed inclusive of ski season and hiking. They feel amazing for the first 200 miles… after that they are completely serviceable- but the first 200 are divine. These are the most durable running socks so far- most die after a hundred or so. (Run with Brooks Adrenaline GTS models)
