I ordered 3 pairs of expensive socks in May. They never arrived. I’ve been emailing Balega (the only way to get in touch with the company is via the one email address - implus). They responded once and now have stopped. They never offered to refund me for the socks that never arrived. It’s clear that I’m not speaking to anyone in the US and it’s also clear that they have no customer service department. It’s now July and my problem is still unresolved. They took my money and never shipped any socks. I’m sure other customers are being scammed as well.
