I ordered 2 products, both 'in stock' on their website. The first arrived, however it was to small (Castelli of course) and I returned it for exchange.
I also chased the missing item and was then told it wasn't in stock & refunded.
After some more chasing, I was told the item I returned must have been lost in transit (I only had proof of posting) & nothing could be done.
So, I ordered 2 products and received nothing.
