I ordered a physical sim card online a month before travelling to Bali. The business contacted me by WhatsApp the following day to confirm date of arrival and hotel I was staying at and organised the sim card to be waiting at the hotel for me on arrival. Clear instructions were given in the WhatsApp message received on arrival on the form I had to fill in, send another message back to Bali Easy and they registered the sim card. Was confirmed and working shortly after, handy to have a loval number for the Grab app etc. Sim card works well, was good value and hassle free. I would buy through this company again should I come back to Bali.
