I purchased 2 Telkonsel eSIMs from BaliEasy a couple of months before I left for Bali. I was a bit trepidations because I have a couple of issues with pre purchased Telkomsel SIM cards previously. The eSIMs arrived 3 days prior as promised so I filled the required form which you are taken step by step through and sent them off and not long after the eSIMs appeared on our phones. On our arrival into Denpasar my sim was functional but my partners was not. Disappointed I contacted BaliEasy and it was a simple matter of turning the flight mode on and back off after 10 seconds all good. Coverage so far is and consistent. I contacted BaliEasy a couple of times prior to receiving the eSIMs and they always replied promptly in a courteous and helpful manner and were eager to help. BaliEasy will be my go to for Bali Sims from now on. I thoroughly recommend them from my experiences.
