I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with the service. I ordered dining chairs in person, and the associate confirmed they were in stock. Five days later, I received an unexpected cancellation notice without a proper explanation. When I contacted customer service for clarification, the only solution offered was a $25 gift card, which felt insulting given the inconvenience and the need to restart my search. To make matters worse, the same style chair is still available as a custom-order option, yet the company refused to provide any discount or adjustment, despite the cancellation being out of my control. For a service at this price point, I expected much better communication, accountability, and customer care.
