The tone and formatting were so unusual that it resembled a phishing scam. When I reached out directly, customer service confirmed that the internal payment authorization had expired because the order shipped before the payment was captured — a situation customers couldn’t foresee. Despite this being a backend issue, the company’s communication was vague and lacked a secure resolution method. Even after I reported the initial message's suspicious nature, they did not provide a safe payment link for a week, placing the burden entirely on me. The product itself is fine, but the handling of this situation, especially the misleading communication, was disappointing and eroded my trust in the brand.
