Terrible customer support. After waiting 9 days for a ballast, I somehow ordered the wrong one and needed help finding the right one. When I called, I was informed that I could only communicate with tech support via email, as they are remote only. It’s frustrating to think that I would have to spend so much time going back and forth over email for a simple issue. Clearly, they rely on third-party services as they seem to lack direct employees. I chose not to return the incorrect part due to the costs involved and their lack of guidance, so I just discarded it. Many online businesses today seem to get away with this level of service.
