Extremely disappointing support experience. After waiting 9 days for a ballast, I realized I had ordered the wrong one and needed help finding the right one. When I called, I was informed that I could only reach tech support via email, as they operate remotely. It's frustrating to think that I would have to spend so much time going back and forth over email for assistance. It seems they rely solely on third parties without any direct employees. I chose not to return the incorrect part due to the cost and shipping issues, and ultimately decided to discard it. Many online businesses today seem to get away with this level of service.

They offer their own ballasts intended to replace discontinued ones, but the product image shows the original ballast and claims you'll receive a matching replacement, which you don’t. It raises questions as to why they don’t show an image of what you will actually get. I received an item that was too narrow and had excessive wiring, making it impossible to fit into my fixture as a replacement, and there were no instructions included. Their website has a lot of fine print that seems designed to give them loopholes to avoid returns or exchanges, leaving you stuck with unusable items. Buyer beware.
I ordered a ballast, but it was discontinued, so they sent me the updated version at no extra cost. My order arrived within a couple of days. The ballast was well-packaged and easy to install, functioning perfectly. I am very satisfied with this company.
Our company ordered a ballast in April 2022. Although the shipping label stated it was delivered, we never received it. After contacting support, they provided proof of delivery with a signature that did not belong to anyone in our company. They told us to deal with the shipping company. When I attempted to file a claim for the lost package, the required information from the shipper was unavailable to me. When I asked for this information, they said they needed to contact their manufacturer. Two months later, there was still no response or refund. The lack of apology or empathy from them was disappointing. If I could rate them lower, I would give them a zero for customer service.
If possible, I would give this company a negative rating. I ordered a replacement ballast for a fluorescent light on June 8, 2021, and it arrived quickly, which was a positive. However, the packaging was damaged, and the ballast itself had bent metal mounts. After testing it and finding it faulty, I contacted them for a replacement or refund but received no response. After multiple emails, they finally acknowledged my issue but took weeks to respond, requesting pictures of the damage. Eventually, they suggested I fix the bent parts myself and refused to address the internal defect. It took threats of escalation to finally see a refund, which took over two months to resolve.
I recently purchased an electronic transformer that was defective and stopped working after just one week. I reached out to the company, but they refuse to replace items that are not new and in their original packaging. How is that feasible once installed? This company appears to prioritize sales over customer experience, showing no accountability for their service. I expected at least a full refund or a replacement part. Clearly, they do not care about my negative experience.
I ordered light strips that did not work. One of the two units I received failed, and although I bought a backup, both were identical to what I had in my fixture and did not function. It has been 5 days since I reached out for return instructions, and despite following up, I have not received any response. This does not reflect the quality of service they claim to provide, and returning non-functional lights is proving to be quite difficult.
