Having the same issues as others on here with returns/exchanges. The ordering and delivery was no problem and the directions to return for an exchange was also fine. I have been waiting almost two weeks for my exchange to ship (they initially accepted my return and said the smaller size would be shipped out shortly). I have emailed several times and have received one vague response and still no delivery. In the meantime, I needed these in a timely manner for an event. I’m very disappointed considering I actually do love the shoes very much. If you know your size, I’d say ordering is fine, but use caution if you have to return or exchange.
