I bought a pair of black leather ballet flats that I've worn extensively, and they remain in excellent condition. The leather is incredibly soft and quickly molds to my feet, making them very comfortable while still looking stylish. There were times I wore them daily for several days, and I didn’t experience a single blister.
The first pair of shoes was too large for my usual size. I contacted customer support, and they assisted me in returning them and sending a smaller size. After several weeks and multiple failed deliveries, I finally received the replacement shoes, but they were even larger than the ones I returned. Update: customer support reached out and helped resolve the delivery and return of the second pair. I realize that the issue lies with the delivery company, and although it has been quite frustrating, customer support has been prompt in assisting me. I hope the replacement shoes fit well, as I really like the design.

Unfortunately, one of the pairs I ordered was defective and had to be sent back to Italy. To be fair, the customer support was quite good. They refunded me along with the postage and also replaced the faulty shoes as a gesture of goodwill.

I genuinely want to appreciate these shoes, but they fit too small. A size 40 feels like a size 38. After ordering two pairs in my usual size (39) that were too tight, I exchanged one pair for a size 40 but had to take them off after just 10 minutes due to discomfort. I didn't return them because the entire return/exchange process was such a hassle. It took *51* days from my initial order (8/2) to get a refund for one returned pair (9/19), and then to receive the exchanged pair (on 9/22, size 40 - which also didn't fit). It took over two weeks to get a basic return label via email to send the return from NY to NJ (requested on Friday 8/8 - received on Monday 8/25), and after they received the return on 9/2, it took over two weeks (and another follow-up email to customer service on 9/17) to get a refund for one pair (9/19) and the exchanged shoes for the other pair (9/22). It’s disappointing because the shoes look great online, but based on other reviews, they really need to address their sizing and customer service practices.

I was informed there would be a £15 postage fee for returning the shoes, but £30 was deducted. I will avoid this company in the future.
