There was a mistake

My sister ordered these balloons on new years eve. They were also overly priced and in the word "love" they put 2 "L"s and when she messaged about it the response was very rude stating that she could just peel the vinyl. Of anyone knows anything about balloons, this would have popped it. 50 pounds (granted it was Christmas eve but that's no excuse to be so rude to a customer)Granted, it has lasted without wear and tear for so long but customer service needs some improvement.

Amazing quality balloons.

Amazing quality balloons.I ordered mine back in July, it’s now April of the next year and the balloon still looks as good as new. Not deflated at all!
